  It is important to contact Flood Fix, LLC as soon as water damage is discovered. We'll provide a zero-obligation assessment and can begin the mitigation process right away to prevent microbial (i.e. mold) development and structural damage. Mold can develop in as little as 24 hours!

Next, the technician will follow ANSI/S500 standard procedures and continually monitor the impacted area and materials until the formulated "dry standard" is reached. If the presence of microbial growth is identified, proper containment to help prevent potential spread will be set up and remediation services will be performed.

  If the leak originated from outside of the home, take steps to divert water away from the structure. This may include land grading, waterproofing the outside of the home, and/or incorporation of a drainage system.
